Day 23 - Sunset

Have you ever watched a sunrise or a sunset? I can't make up my mind which one of these I love the most. Is it sunrise because it symbolizes the beginning of a new day with a new attitude and perception of reality; or is it the sunset where another day of our delicious life goes by and we let the past rest with the sun, taking with us only the lessons learned!

Well, I don't think such profound thoughts every time the sun rises or sets. But these thoughts come up every once in a while. One of my dreams is to rent one of the cottages and watch the sun set in the Grand Canyon. I have heard that it is the most beautiful and surreal experience, next only to the sunrise! As I was writing this post, I realized that I have had the utmost pleasure of watching the sun set in a ocean, in a busy city, between the trees! The only thing remaining for me is to watch sunset in Hawaii and in Grand Canyon. Yeah, that's it! :-)
